How to Make Mosaic Lamp at Home

Begin your artistic journey at home by opening your DIY Mosaic Kit. Inside, you'll find everything you need to create your masterpiece: a glass globe, an array of vibrant colored glass pieces, glue, a mix of beautiful beads, grout mix, a measuring cup, a plastic stick, and a sponge. Each item is carefully selected to help you craft a stunning mosaic, turning your creative vision into reality. Let's get started on this exciting adventure in art and self-expression!
Create Your Design
Follow the templates on our design paper, or unleash your creativity to craft your own unique shapes! Start your mosaic from the center and work your way outward for the best results.
Apply Glue
Spread a thin, even layer of glue on the glass globe, working on small sections at a time. Avoid using too much glue, as it can cause the mosaic pieces to slide or too thin a layer else it doesn't stick at all.
Transfer Your Design
Carefully transfer each glass piece from your paper design to the globe, starting from the center. Press each piece gently to secure it in place. Be patient with this step!
Add Beads
Pour the mixed beads onto the glued areas and use the back of tweezers to pack them tightly in one layer, covering the globe without gaps. Allow the glue to dry completely, which usually takes around 12 hours.

I’m such a big fan of these. It’s fabulous when you think two people can use the same colours but will produce a very different and unique design. I have now ordered several of these beautiful kits. Each one is packed well to ensure a safe arrival. Designing your masterpiece is easy, you’re in charge! I find designing and then transferring my preferred design to the lamp globe so therapeutic. I highly recommend using Mosaic Art Studio. They are efficient and delivery doesn’t take too long. The instructions are clear for all to understand and there’s even a video to help you if you’d rather see how to put together as oppose to reading instructions on paper. I now have 3 lamps and a candle holder with another couple of them to do.
I really can’t recommend Mosaic Art Studio enough….give it a go and I’m sure you’ll get as addicted as me. Perfect as a gift for someone too, that’s whether you gift the kit as it is or design it to gove the finished piece.

Lovely project to do at home with everything you need to complete your candle. Loved doing it as a personal gift for a friend.
